Awaken Church, which was originally started in June of 2000 as Anchorage Wesleyan Church, is celebrating 25 years of ministry in Anchorage this June! On Sunday, June 22nd, we’ll be celebrating with a pancake breakfast from 9:30 - 10:30. At 10:30, we’ll gather together outside (pray for no rain!) and have a time of celebrating and sharing stories of God’s faithfulness and His work in our lives over the past 25 years. We will also be performing baptisms at this service, so if you’re interested in being baptized, please talk to Pastor Levi! This will be a gathering for the whole family - we will not have nursery or children’s classes, but will have some things to help occupy the little ones.
